We hope you understand our policies as we wish to provide a safe space for all of our clients and therapists

1. We strictly provide therapeutic thai massage ONLY. Sexual services are NOT provided, asking may cause offence. Alongside, sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated and the massage appointment will be immediately terminated

2. Please arrive a few minutes earlier than your appointment time, as it can take a few minutes to settle in and prepare for the massage therapy.

3. If you are not present after 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment without any notice we will cancel your booking as there are clients who are waiting to get a booking. Also, if you have booked an appointment and did not show up for 3 times, we will only accept walk-ins for those particular clients since we keep record.

4. We value that our clients are satisfied and comfortable. If you are unsatisfied with your massage within the first 10 minutes please let us know and we will change your massage therapist or either give your a refund depending on the circumstances.
